Services We Provide

The Hospice interdisciplinary team provides physician services, home care nursing, social work, spiritual care, bereavement counseling and the assistance of trained volunteers. The Hospice Team works in cooperation with the patient’s personal physician to provide compassionate professional care and support for the patient and their families.

Hospice provides a full range of more than twenty services. Some of these services include:

• Home Care Nursing Services
• Home health aide services
• Training family members in family care
• Pain management
• Services of specially trained volunteers
• Arrangement for short term hospital care when needed
• Necessary medical equipment and supplies
• Dietary and other consultations
• Emotional & Spiritual support
• Bereavement counseling for the family
